Our Creation:

Our subdivision at 24 Bleasby Road consists of 9 unique lots, each offering a chance to test and showcase new ideas. Some may follow traditional methods, while others will serve as testbeds for 3D-printed elements — from full structures to signature façades, outdoor living spaces, or custom interior features.

This project is a living case study where innovation meets everyday life. By combining modern building design with cutting-edge manufacturing methods, we aim to prove that new technology can create homes and spaces that are efficient, sustainable, and inspiring — while remaining functional, comfortable, and safe for real people.

And this is only the start. The lessons we learn here will guide future projects — in Queensland, across Australia, and beyond — wherever there’s an opportunity to build smarter, faster, and better.

Our Approach:

We believe innovation works best when it’s shared. Traditional construction can be slow, resource-heavy, and limited in design flexibility. By exploring the possibilities of 3D printing, we aim to break through those limitations — but we know the journey is just beginning.

That’s why our approach is collaborative. We work side-by-side with partners to test ideas, refine methods, and develop practical solutions that can scale. We’re not just building structures — we’re building knowledge, confidence, and trust in a technology that has the potential to transform how the world lives and builds.

Every challenge — from improving wall textures to solving long-term maintenance questions — is an opportunity to make the technology stronger. Every success brings us closer to a new standard in construction.

Future

We are actively seeking forward-thinking builders, architects, technology providers, and investors who share our vision. If you want to be part of a project that pushes boundaries, tests new ideas, and creates scalable solutions, we’d love to connect and explore what we can build together.

Jax Scope of Work

We lead this development with collaboration at its core. Our responsibilities include:

  • Property ownership & overall development management

  • Concept and master planning

  • Integration of 3D printing into building design

  • Collaboration with engineering & construction partners

  • Design documentation & visualisation for both concept and build stages

Our Belief

Our vision for this project is bold yet practical: to explore and integrate feasible, cost-effective solutions using the latest and rapidly evolving 3D printing technology into real-world property development — starting with our multi-lot subdivision at 24 Bleasby Road, Eight Mile Plains.

We know concrete 3D printing is still young, with room to refine and improve. That’s why this journey isn’t just about building — it’s about learning, testing, and adapting together. Whether it’s full-scale printed homes, smaller applications like façades, external structures, or interior features, or even a 3D-printed study model before final construction, our goal remains the same: to create spaces that are faster to build, more sustainable to produce, and limitless in creative form — while ensuring they remain practical, safe, and truly livable for people everywhere, today and for generations to come.

This is more than a development. It’s a blueprint for the future of construction — a space where innovators, builders, designers, and visionaries come together to shape a new era of building that grows stronger with every project and every partnership.
